Nightly Rate:  $40

Weekly Rate:  $240

Monthly Stays:

• $475/month plus electricity, or $650/month with utilities included (electricity usage capped at 1,200 kWh/month).

• Max # of vehicles: 1 Recreational Vehicle + 1 Car/Towing Vehicle

  • 2nd vehicle may park at overflow parking if space is available​

• Max # of guests per site:  3 adults and 3 kids

• Check in: 2:00pm to 7:00pm 

• Check out:  by 12:00pm

Cancellation Policy​

• Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 1 day prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

• Cancelling a reservation the day of arrival will result in one night fee forfeited.

• No refunds for early departures
